Bob Keegan was played by Carl Bleazby. I had to look that one up!
You guys are far too clever - you know a lot more about the show than I do! My problem is that I've never been a fan of the other soaps of the time, so you'll always have an advantage over me with the actors. ;D

All answered correctly ;D You know I think thats the thing about Sons and Daughters, some people seem to have better knowledge over things than others, such as some are good at a certain era, some good with actors/locations etc etc. Whereas you seem to find with something like Prisoner, some people know every little thing Im enjoying these quizzes.

Bob Keegan was played by Carl Bleazby. I had to look that one up! Aha. I do recognise the name - or at least seeing it in credits - but I wouldn't ever have tied it back to either of the characters. I've been trying just now to follow up my earlier theory about Angela Kennedy also playing an earlier role - nothing conclusive is emerging, though. Maybe I'm mis-remembering.

And TECHNICALLY.... Angry Stiles or whatever her name is didn't actually play Susan Hamilton :-) True. Ann Henderson played Susan Palmer, then Todd. I think she was just Henderson when the show started, then she married John Stires and became the double barrelled surname. That's just memory - don't quote me on that!

And TECHNICALLY.... Angry Stiles or whatever her name is didn't actually play Susan Hamilton :-) No but they were meant to be the same character throught Susan ....whoever. I should of just said name the two actresses who played Susan Actually thinking about it,did Oriana ever play Susan Palmer? When Oriana came into the series she said Bill was divorcing her, so I assume she was still Todd? No wonder I hate asking questions for quizzes!

Well, Susan Mark I was always credited as 'Ann Henderson-Stires' (except on the first two UK Gold episodes, which appeared to have 'mock-up' closing credits (the first three epsidoes were shown as one down under).
Susan was actually never credited as Todd, either first time around or second. She was always 'Susan Palmer' then 'Susan Hamilton'. Wayne was never credited as 'Morrell' and Patricia was never credited as 'Palmer'.

And Alyce Platt was in an earlier episode in the pool at the Healy house - round about the time Michael Long was in it too.

Phelpsy's first appearance in A Country Practice was as a boy named Geoff - the T-shirt he wore was proof of that!
Anne Henderson (minus the Stires) appeared in a few episodes of The Sullivans as a teenage girl that Jack Fletcher became guardian of.
Sid Conabere (Doug Palmer) appeared very briefly in The Sullivans as a Mr Farnsworth - he has also played at least 3 different roles in Prisoner Cell Block H that I know of - the judge that sent Lizzie back to Wentworth, following her initial release, a Mr Henderson, the hospital superintendent at the hospital where Doreen worked - and why Lizzie didn't recognise him passing himself off as Ernie the barman at the hotel she lived in when she was released the second time as being the judge, I don't know!
Mind you - a few actors and actresses in Prisoner have played more than one role. I have seen quite a few Sullivans actors pop up in Sons And Daughters - Margaret Dunne (Ilona Rogers) was Kate Meredith, Lisa Crittenden (spelling?) who was Kate's daughter Sally, cropped up as Leigh Palmer, Terry Sullivan (the late Richard Morgan) was Karen's disabled son Alan and Stephen Tandy - or, as the Americans call him, Stephen Radio Shack - the shop known as Radio Shack in the USA was called Tandy over here - ran an airfield.

wow thats a fair bit of info that you know of... thanks Watched all the Australiana in our house. Barbara (Cornelia Frances) was also Sister Scott in The Young Doctors and now hosts The Weakest Link in Australia. Gordon (Brian Blain) briefly cropped up in Neighbours - married Helen Daniels (Anne Haddy - bigamously, as it turned out) - she was, I believe, his sister-in-law by his first marriage in Sons And Daughters - Rosie Andrews, who married Doug Palmer - both Brian Blain and Anne Haddy are no longer alive. Judy Nunn (Irene Fisher) is a writer of children's fiction. Pat McDonald (Fiona Thompson) is also no longer with us.
